Baber qualified from Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2005. He became the Principal Dentist of Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2018.
He is the co-owner of Crook Log Dental Practice in Bexleyheath, where he has been working since 2007. The same year, he was awarded the Ruby Austin Shield for Best Case presentation at the end of his Foundation Year training.
The following year he gained his MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Certificate in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. He has been a registered member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Royal College of Surgeons of England for over 10 years.
In 2012, Baber was accepted as a Foundation Year Trainer, a prestigious position where he was responsible for the in-house training of newly qualified dentists, a position he held until 2019. He has helped train many highly successful dentists including two winners of the Royal College of Surgeons Foundation Dentist of the Year.
In 2013, he completed his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons and was selected as the Dentsply Gold medalist. The following year, he was shortlisted as a Finalist for the Best Young Dentist award held by the prestigious Dentistry Awards.
In 2017, Baber completed his Master of Science degree in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Leeds.
He has a special interest in advanced Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry. He continues to attend courses and conferences around the world.
Through his extensive postgraduate training, he has honed his skills to provide a specialist level of care to his patients, having treated hundreds of patients in improving their dental health and smiles.
In his spare time Baber enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with his young family.
Naeem qualified with honours from the Cardiff University School of Dentistry in 2014. Following completion of his Foundation Training, Naeem continued to work as an associate dentist in London and Kent prior to joining the team at Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2018.
Two years of postgraduate training at King’s College London saw Naeem qualify with a distinction in his postgraduate diploma in Endodontics. He now carries out complex endodontics (root canal treatments), enabling him to carry out complex root canal treatments.
Outside of work Naeem enjoys tennis, hiking and photography. He also has a keen interest in travelling which took him to the peak of Kilimanjaro in 2012.
Dr Naseer joined our team in 2021 having graduated from Liverpool Faculty of Health and Life Sciences in 2017. She has a passion for both general and cosmetic dentistry, continually striving to update her knowledge and enhance her skills to offer the best possible service to her patients. Dr Naseer is patient and reassuring by nature, calming even the most nervous of patients throughout their treatment. In her spare time, Zainab enjoys socialising with friends.
Tosin graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2016 and has recently joined the Dartford Road Dental Centre family.
She enjoys the variety that comes with being a general practitioner and the fact that she gets to connect with a wide range of people every day, which is well-suited to her bubbly and friendly personality.
Since qualifying, Tosin has particularly enjoyed the positive impact aesthetic and restorative dentistry can have on her patients. She therefore chose to build on her clinical skills through further study and has developed a love for creating natural, beautiful smiles using tools such as Invisalign and whitening.
Tosin always puts her patients’ best interests first. This combined with her gentle demeanor and keen eye for detail allows her to consistently provide high-quality treatment. She believes it is important for every patient to be involved in the planning process so treatment is well-tailored to each individual’s personal needs and preferences.
When she’s not at work, Tosin enjoys spending time with friends, keeping fit at the gym and, when the weather is nice, she enjoys roller skating outdoors. She also loves music and plays the piano and alto saxophone.
He became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and then obtained a Certificate in Surgical & Prosthodontic Implantology from the Eastman Dental Institute – UCL.
In 2012 Wassim completed a specialist training programme in Prosthodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute – UCL, at the end of this four-year part-time course Wassim obtained a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics and a Membership in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Wassim is currently registered on the General Dental Council Specialist List as a Prosthodontist Specialist.
As a Prosthodontist Specialist Wassim provides simple and complex prosthodontic treatment including full mouth reconstruction, cosmetic dentistry and removable prostheses and has a special interest in Oral Surgery.

Gaj finished his undergraduate dental training in 2015 from Bart’s and the Royal London Hospital. Following this he spent a year working as a NHS foundation dentist in the competitive South East London deanery. Whilst working in general practice, Gaj spent the next two years doing a postgraduate diploma in clinical implant dentistry from Newcastle University, which he completed with merit. Having found a passion for Periodontology and Implantology, Gaj decided to enhance and formalize his skills by embarking upon specialist training. He was accepted onto the specialist training programme in periodontology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, University College London Hospital; here he completed a Masters in Clinical Dentistry, while working as a specialty registrar in the Periodontology department at UCLH. Following completion of his specialist training, Gaj sat the Membership in Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in order to fulfill one of the criteria to become a specialist in periodontology. Additionally, he is accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology and was awarded their Certificate of completion of Specialist training in Periodontology and Implantology. He is proficient in all aspects of both fields and is accepting referrals for treatment of gum disease, coverage of gum recession, treatment of gummy smiles and rehabilitation of missing teeth with dental implants. As of May 2024 Gaj will be returning to UCLH as a specialty dentist and clinical lecturer. In addition to being a capable clinician, Gaj has also engaged in research. His research was nominated for the UCL Dean’s Research Prize. He has also presented globally. Outside of dentistry, Gaj is an avid football fan and is happy to talk about all things Arsenal.
Veronika joined Dartford Road Dental Centre in 2020, while continuing to work at our sister practice in Bexleyheath. Veronika started her dental career in 2004 as a dental nurse and undertook the National Examination for Dental Nurses in 2006. She continued dental nursing for ten years, during which she expanded her role within the practice by obtaining qualifications in both dental radiography and oral health education. She also undertook a number of managerial responsibilities.
In 2014, Veronika qualified as a Dental Hygienist & Therapist at King’s College, London, and received an award for clinical skills and professionalism during this course.
In 2022 Veronika completed a Facial Aesthetics course and is now able to provide our patients with anti wrinkle treatments, including fillers.
Julia qualified as a Hygiene Therapist from the University of Manchester and has been a favourite with her patients ever since. Julia is very calming and shows genuine compassion to her patients, she endeavours to ensure all patients leave their appointment knowing how to achieve good oral health at home. Julia joined the practice in 2021 and is already a valued member of our amazing team. In her spare time, Julia enjoys spending her spare time looking after her two house rabbits.
Louise began her career in Dentistry in 2000, as a Trainee Dental Nurse. She gained the National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2005, and went on to further her education at King’s College Hospital in London, becoming a qualified Oral Health Educator in 2006.
Louise then became more involved with the administrative side of Dentistry, initially as a Receptionist, then as a Personal Assistant before progressing to Management.
As a manager, Louise achieved a BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Dental Practice Management in 2013; in 2024 Louise gained an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management, this masters degree level course, ensures Louise is able to keep the practice and staff reaching their full potential for the benefit of our wonderful patients.
Louise gets involved in community projects such as delivering oral health education sessions at local schools.
In her spare time, Louise is kept busy with her two young children.
Ellie joined our team in January 2023 as our full time Receptionist. She always provides a warm and friendly welcome when you enter our practice.
After a year of reception duties, Management graduate, Ellie has strengthened her career prospects and has been promoted to the position Practice Supervisor, with the great support of Louise and the team. Ellie has continued her education in Management, through the attendance of an ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management course.
Ellie always strives to ensure that the patient’s journey through their treatment is memorable for all the right reasons. She had worked as a medical receptionist in London Bridge prior to joining us and is a great asset to our team.
Outside of work, Ellie’s hobbies include socialising with friends and family and taking her dog for walks.
Beverley our head dental nurse has worked hard at Dartford Road Dental Centre since 2005. She has witnessed a lot of changes in the time and says that she loves that we can now offer a full range of dental treatment to our patients, all under one roof.
Beverley wanted to become a Dental Nurse because she loves caring for all our patients and helping to reassure particularly nervous patients.
In her spare time, Bev enjoys going to the theatre with family and friends and playing with her new puppy Mable.
Cassie qualified as a Dental Nurse at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London in 2006. She has been with Dartford Road Dental Centre since 2016 and can often be found both at Reception and in the surgery supporting our patients through their treatment journey.
When not at work, Cassie enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with her two children and going to the gym.
Amirah joined our practice in September 2022. You will always find a big smile on Amirah’s face when visiting us!
Her hobbies include painting, going to the gym and travelling as much as she can!
Qualified Dental Nurse Anisa, joined our practice in January 2023.
She works hard to support our patients and is always on hand to support our wonderful team.
In her spare time Anisa enjoys spending time with her Husband and young Daughter.
Trainee Dental Nurse Monika, joined Dartford Road Dental Centre in August of 2024. Monika is keen to learn all aspects of Dental Nursing and is proving to be a great source of support for our team and patients, we are happy to have her as part of the team.
Cameron joined our practice in July 2023 as a full-time receptionist.
Cameron has previous reception experience at a high-branch hotel locally placed in the Dartford area.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys gaming and spending time with his fiancée.
