We recognise that regular feedback helps us to improve our services. If you have any comments, concerns or complaints please speak, or write to Kim Bennett the Practice Manager.  For any complaints recieved we follow the procedure below,

Practice Complaints Procedure

We take patient's complaints seriously at the practice.  If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service we provide and you wish to complain please contact the Practice Manager, Kim Bennett either orally or in writing.  Kim will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.If Kim is absent, please contact Dr Patrick Donohoe who will acknowledge your complaint and will advise you when Kim will return and investigate your complaint.  We aim to resolve any complaint within the practice. In the event we are unable to resolve the complaint we will refer you to the Dental Complaint Service.

Monday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Tuesday 8.00am – 6.00pm
Wednesday 8.00am – 6.00pm
Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Friday 8.00am – 2.00pm
These times may vary

Please help by giving us 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Patients wishing to change or cancel Monday morning appointments must do so by 1.30 pm on the proceeding Friday. Call 01322 223927 Otherwise a charge will be incurred.
On weekdays, please telephone the practice on 01322 223927 before 9.00am so that we can arrange to see you on the same day. Patients who have an emergency outside normal hours should ring the surgery for information regarding emergency treatment.


The centre is easily accessible for the less able and for wheelchairs. We have a ground floor surgery and disabled toilet facilities.
